Architect Vasco Lima Mayer's flat in Cascais reflects his minimalist and context-sensitive architectural approach. Located in the heart of this village, around 20 kilometres from Lisbon, in Portugal, the space was designed to create comfortable and welcoming environments, with a strong presence of furniture with character and the HAPA taps and bathroom complements placed in the kitchen and bathroom. The pieces were strategically placed to establish a harmonious contrast between strong and neutral tones, contemporary and antique pieces, and urban and holiday environments. The kitchen was refurbished with simple, unpretentious lines, incorporating small details that recall a traditional space. With an area of 95 m², the flat was completed in 2022 and designed by Vasco Lima Mayer, Gonçalo Grácio and Diogo Santos, with construction by Lilian Avricenco, maintaining an aesthetic coherence from door to door.
